The wrong address has been written there but it looks like the order has not been shipped yet

i made a payment through paypal and called them and it has already been confirmed and paid. i never recieved an invoice from you or anything saying it has been paid. it also does not show my order being paid. paypal has confirmed it has been paid. why is it not showing as paid in full? and why did i not get an invoice or an email saying i paid?
